Terms of
replacements, refunds, cancellations and
warranty;
Replacements will be issued when a product is delivered
and there is a malfunction with the operation which is
unable to be solved by way of replacement parts or advice. Shipping for the return of the bike and any
replacement will be paid for by MTF Enterprises.
Refunds
A
refund will be issued if the goods are un-wanted ,
providing the product must is returned unused and in its original
packaging. Any shipping charges will be deducted from the refund as well as a
£10 restocking fee.
We do not offer refunds
outside of the 7 days grace
period.
Cancellation:
You may
cancel your order within 7 days of purchase, however, you will
be liable for any shipping fees as a result of this
cancellation and the item must be returned unused, in it's
original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable
condition
This
does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery:
Delivery is usually next working day on all stock items, however, please
allow up to 3 working days,we will notify you if the delivery is going
to take longer than this.
Please contact us for additional postage charges if purchasing in Northern Ireland, Highlands, Non Mainland Areas, British Isles, Republic of Ireland
and Europe.
Please check the delivery
for damages before signing for it, as postal insurance
is invalid if the goods are signed for in good condition.
Buyers outside the UK are reminded that the currency
is GBP.
Assistance can be offered if you do not feel confident with assembly of any of our products. Further charges may apply.
Faulty/Damaged goods:
If you
receive your goods and they are damaged or faulty in any way,
you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will then
resolve the matter to your satisfaction
Warranty
terms
DURATION: We are 100% committed to customer
service so therefore we offer a maximum warranty period, this
period can vary from model to model and is stated clearly next
to each product, subject to certain conditions, set out below.
Under this warranty we are not responsible for any losses to
you or any 3rd party resulting from the malfunction of the
product, and we are not responsible for any accidental damage
to the product. Your statutory rights as a consumer are
unaffected.
THE
WARRANTY: Within the given warranty, we will supply the new
parts and where appropriate advice on fixing the product or
advice on where locally to get it fixed. Defective parts must
be returned to us for inspection. We do not cover shipping
costs, all warranties require that the product be returned
with the defective part at the customers expense, the customer
is then liable to collect the product themselves or pay
shipping costs. After the warranty period we will assist in
any problems you have but all replacement parts and any
servicing costs would be at your own expense.
WARRANTY DOES NOT
COVER:
Plastic parts, break pads, tyres, or
damage to any part of the product due to abuse or
misuse.
Labour that occurs outside of our facility.
Parts damaged by accidents, neglect, misuse, abuse, or
shipping.
Damage caused by a non-covered part or by any
part not purchased from our facility.
Products that have
NOT been regularly checked and serviced as highlighted in
conditions.
NOTE: We reserve the right to determine what
damage is due to defective materials and what is due to
product abuse or misuse.
FAULTS:
Faults must be reported immediately by phone, writing, email
or by person. We will assess the problem and try to rectify
without the need for you to send the product back to us to
help save time. We will send out a replacement part, if
possible, to be fitted by yourselves with guidance from us.
If the problem is found to be due to neglect or not covered
under the warranty then we shall fix the problem at a rate of
£20 per hour plus the cost of replacement parts. If the goods
are subsequently unwanted then a partial refund shall be made
less our administration and handling costs, and the delivery
and subsequent collection of the bike.
CONDITIONS: Upon purchase of all products, they must be
thoroughly checked to ensure that no nuts or bolts have become
loose or dropped out in transit. The same check should be
carried out prior to each ride of the product, thus ensuring long-term durability.
We advise that all products
are ridden with adequate safety clothing ie; helmets etc.
Products must be ridden in a responsible manner and must not
be abused for the warranty to be valid. These are on-road
vehicles and should be ridden with due care and attention for
your own safety and that of the public.
DISCLAIMER
STATEMENT: The Company shall not be liable for any damage or
injury caused to the customer, by the use of any of the goods
we sell. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the
correct item(s) have been purchased and is used in the way
intended. This covers all goods sold from our company. The
Companies liability will be limited to the value of the goods
only and not for any consequential damages, injuries or losses
howsoever caused. These conditions do not affect your
statutory rights.
